At first glance the Samsonite Leverage LTE carry-on isn’t anything special. With that said it’s understated, and professional. Really it’s perfect for a business person. It has a slightly shiny material with matte black hardware finish.

Many people worry about what will happen if a softcase luggage gets wet. To solve that problem Samsonite has smartly constructed the Leverage line with durable nylon that’s coated in a weather resistant oil coating. Instead of your case getting soaked, water will bead and run off. For extra durability corner protectors guard against wear and tear at critical contact points. Self-mending coil zippers allow for easy closure and help the case expand .65″ for added packing capacity.

As we open the case, you’ll see it’s not a 50/50 packing space. Instead the bottom half in the deeper side. I really love this style of carry-on and find it so much easier to open and close. It also works really well with packing cubes. On the deeper side there are compression straps to get items in place and a long mesh pocket the runs the length of the bag.

On the lid we have several pockets including Wetpak™ and mesh pockets allowing for optimal organization. Another unique and convenient feature with this carry-on is the a removable, interior zippered suiter. This makes it easy for a business man or woman to carry along a sports coat or blazer in the carry-on instead of mixing it with your other items or having to sling it over your arm or shoulder.
